I have been thinking about what to put up over here for a long time since I have grown past what I had here earlier. There are three things I do really well:✅ Customer Success:Working with one of the pioneers of Customer Success, taught me how to live, breathe, and talk about Customer Success. I have built multiple success teams over the course of 7 years. I have handled $10.3M in ARR across customers based out of North America and Europe with a 98% retention rate. ✅ Product Marketing: My alter ego helps startups with their GTM strategy. I help create User Personas, Demographics targets, GTM strategies, fine-tune the messaging and positioning, and ultimately create a pipeline of leads. ✅ Startup Consultancy: 99% of the startups that started in the past year couldn't make it past the MVP stage. A lot depends on the execution of an idea when you are new to something. I help startups set up their entire operations, help with key decision making and eventually make them investment-ready. Most of my portfolio companies have raised Series A or more.
