Preparation of the interim financial reports for submission to the for payment approval Prepare documents and avail them to the Independent verification agent and task team leader prior to the verification Coordinate the procurement of the project inputs by assisting the procurement unit on the preparation of bid documents and evaluation of bids.September 2008­ to date Senior Engineer Development Monitoring and Evaluation - National Water & Sewerage Corporation ­ Kampala Water, UgandaMain Duties and Responsibilities Reports to the Development, Monitoring and Evaluation Manager on all matters pertaining to the implementation of capital development projects on a continuous basis. Prepares and compiles terms of reference, bills of quantities, drawings and specifications for procurement of contracts (goods, services, works) in respect of the delegated capital works and investment programmes within Kampala Water. Conducts field supervision of capital works, reports on the progress and identifies areas for improvement. 2

· To carry out systems audit and operations in accordance with the audit plans and programmes so that the proper use of resources in the corporation is effected · To carry out audit of financial services at the head office. · To carry out selected area visits as per audit programme to ensure there is reliability and compliance of the areas to financial regulations, effective resource utilization and IDAMC targets · Carry out audit of capital projects and contracts. · Carry out verification of compliance with tenders and quotations procedures for engineering works. · Verification of depths of trenching and lengths of excavations for laying pipes during water extension projects.July 2005 ­ June 2006 Construction Supervisor Concrete Construction LimitedMain Duties and Responsibilities · Overseeing site construction activities. · Preparation of work Break down structure (WBS), networking the WBS to show relationships between tasks and sequence of tasks, and real time tracking of actual progress. · Materials and construction works quality control. · Preparation of work plan and interpretation of architectural and structural drawings. · Preparation of Human Resource and material schedule for all scheduled activities and monitoring weekly expenditure against approved budget and reviewing expenditure projections

Ensure adequate supply of water and sewerage services in the areas of Najja, Namasuba, Zzana, Seguku, Massaja and the surrounding areas
