As the CEO for Guavay, I define my role as a team player inspiring others to see where the company heads too. Managing a complex fertilizer business for eight years, for the first time was really mind blowing for me. To assemble together all the pieces of the business , from R&D to production, branding, distribution, sales and most of all managing people. As we step into a new growth phase of the business I am more than excited to pursue this journey and see where this takes me individually and the company.
