-Inbounds' teams; -Cases/Email pod and #cabletool;-KT Fuel Card pod;-Ensuring a successful client journey via email, phone calls primarily;-Provided support that enabled long term client engagement, drove adoption, retention, user/usagegrowth and supported strategic objectives on multiple account levels;-Assisting clients of various levels with adoption and usage(onboarding) of our products and services;-Interacting with a suite of softwares, and CRM on daily basis

-My role here was to provide the final sift for our product,-Quality check before our service would reach end client,-All transfers would connect to us and be re-verified,-At last, connecting with the end client in US

- Market research for a variety of clients;- Responsibilities included but were not limited to data acquisition;- Conducting interviews which with an average duration of 40 mins;- These would differ from client to client, but were generally yes or no, and open ended questions;- Targeted to senior level executives. Decision makers in their respective organizations;- Cultivating learned opinion on a multivariate spectrum of subjects basing on the client's needs and requirements
