 To verify and validate data captured on the order documents and compare it with the data entered on both systems BSCS and Siebel (CRM)accordance to National Security and Finance requirements To create a sales order using ERP (Oracle) and pairing reports to be sent to logistics for SIM card and Handset dispatching (Mobile) To properly activate lines without any mistake and fraud (Mobile and Fixed) Responsibility of sending a feed backs to Sales (Account Manager/Partner Manager) about the successful activation or rejected ones with valid rejection reasons. To ensure Credit Limit in BSCS and ICS are created accordingly to Finance approved Meet Productivity and accuracy targets as per the specified KPI’s. Ensure the proper communication with the other team members in order to deliver the team targets on time efficiently and effectively.
