Responsible for the management of all functions within the Development Services unit including developing the pipeline of projects for Development Services and overall management of secured projects according to programming, financial and administrative standards of donors and Chrysalis.

Overall responsible for managing and implementing the YOUth CREATE project of CARE Sri Lanka. The project uses arts and culture as a tool for connecting diverse communities together and celebrate diversity. Key responsibilities are; contract and budget management, donor-liaison, build relationship with key government ministries and institutions, management of project partners and sub-contractors and link with external actors and build synergies and common interests.
