Current• Providing support through e-mail, chat and if required call in a 24/5 Support.• Installation, Configuration, Administration of ESX 4.x,5.x, Virtual Center, VI Client.• Installation, Administration and Troubleshooting of Windows 2003/2008 R2 Servers.• Installation of network and storage servers through Deploy OVF template in Vsphere 5.0• VM Servers build & rebuild (Deploying the new VM's from the Template and Cloning an Existing VM) as per the client request.• Monitoring VM's & Servers ( CPU, Memory, Disk, Network Utilization).• Creating templates from VM’s and deploy VM’s from templates and allocate resources.• Configuring DRS in a Cluster.• Configuring and managing HA Settings and Customizing HA for Virtual Machines.• P2V conversions by using VMware Converter.• Creating the Clusters, Resources pools, Template & Clone in ESX 5.0 VSphere 5.0.• Creating and managing virtual machines and installing VM Tools into VM’s.• Migrating Virtual Machines by using V Motion Performing Snapshots, Cloning, Cold Migrations and Hot Migrations.• Creating and Managing User Administration, and creating user accounts as per requirement.• Adding datastores to the ESX 4.x, 5.x servers• Creating virtual standard swich in the ESX 5.x• Creating datastore in the VSA through HPstoreVirtual centralized Management• Adding ESXi Host to the Vcenter 5.0• Managing windows servers and Troubleshooting technical issues involving network, hardware, and operating systems.• Managing more than 1500 servers.• Performing Server Builds using ISO images and configuring post installation as per bioMerieux standards• Patching all Windows servers and ESX servers with bioMerieux standards .• Configuring ILO in the servers.• Managing and applying Microsoft patches to all server by WSUS 3.0• Providing End user support through ticketing tool(Remedy) system within the Service Level Agreement.
