I'm Ahan Kamdar, and I have a deep passion for finance and a strong determination to build a thriving career in this dynamic industry. As a B.Sc. Graduate from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS University), I am constantly striving to expand my knowledge.My education has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of Financial Markets, Debt Markets, Corporate Finance, and Financial Statement Analysis, among other relevant coursework. I am also currently undergoing certifications in Fundamental Analysis of Stocks to strengthen my analytical skills further. Additionally, I have actively engaged in company valuation and financial modeling as part of a college project, enhancing my proficiency in financial analysis.My industry experiences have been instrumental in shaping my interest in finance. During my internship at DSP Mutual Fund as an Institutional Sales Intern, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the mutual fund industry and honed my sales and product knowledge skills for equity, debt, and hybrid funds. This experience provided me with valuable insights into the financial services sector and ignited my enthusiasm for financial research and analysis.Leadership and extracurricular activities have also been crucial aspects of my personal and professional growth. As a member of the Finance Department at NMIMS's Corporate Interface Cell (CIC), I have organized events such as 'Virtual Stock Market' to promote financial literacy among peers. Hosting top names from the Indian Finance Industry as guest keynote speakers has further expanded my industry network.Beyond finance, I am a passionate volunteer, dedicating my time to social service activities with NGOs like 'Anybody Can Help' and 'Sunday Friends.'
