On this project, I designed, and implemented over 150+ Collaboration clusters, served as a liaison for three Cisco content engineers and multiple contractors.I was responsible for the the design of infrastructure, integration of Catalyst and Nexus switching, VPN architecture, VMware hypervisor installation, NetApp SAN provisioning, Remote student access, lab automation scripts, and performance tuning. I also served as the Lead Collaboration Automation and DevOps Engineer working with the Lab Automation Team to build VMware PowerCLI scripts, Powershell Scripts, Python automation, NETCONF scripting, RESTCONF scripting, Ansible scripts and playbooks, Cisco WebEx REST API development, and LAS XML scripting. I was able to lower lab startup time from 30 minutes to 5 minutes per student pod. I also introduced AGILE project methodologies to speed time to market. I built the Go-To-Market Video strategy for Learning@Cisco including the design, build out, and workflow of recording studios. As a thought leader, I presented at Cisco Live events attended by more than 30,000 customers. I also produced the Cisco CCIE 360 8-hour preparation lab for Cisco Live 2017 and Contact Center Scripting for CCNP Candidate 4-hour lab for Cisco Live 2018. I have received multiple Distinguished Speaker Awards.
