- I manage existing client accounts by reviewing current retirement portfolios, I create reviews, and generate reports that show the performance and allocations of the funds the client is invested in. I also oversee any contributions or distributions that transfer within all client accounts. More importantly, making sure there is enough cash available in the accounts for the withdrawals and well as making sure the cash gets allocated after a contribution is made. - I enjoy establishing new client relationships as well as continually working to strengthen existing client connections through marketing and overseeing client workshops and educational events. Which includes me communication with whole sellers, reserving event venues’, and contacting catering companies. I also gather and organize the speaking material and create the invitations for the events. Most importantly I enjoy being involved in the day to day communication with clients through, email, phone, social media, and face to face meetings.- I currently oversee all Life Insurance correspondence. This requires me to be proficient in researching that we find the best rates for the client. I administer the process from the initial illustration to the application and follow with gathering medical records, completing 1035 exchanges, and finally issuing and finalizing each policy.

- In this position, I was first introduced to the professional world. I oversaw and managed multiple advisors phone and email correspondence as well as organized and scheduled day to day client meetings, reviews, and appointments.- I coordinated client events. This involved me designing the invitations, finding and reserving a venue, gathering and approving discussion material. Lastly, making sure that during the event everything ran smoothly. - I communicated daily with clients, attending to each need or concern that they had. This ranged from gathering financial statements, to verifying important account information. Such as updating phone numbers, addresses, and beneficiary information. I also assisted in gathering paperwork and signatures from clients and scanned important information into their files.- I learned how to prepare annual client reviews. Which began by updating client files, verifying that all account linked on the client website, and checked that all the client data was correct in our database. I also learned how to create different fund and allocation reports in a well know database called Morningstar, and helped keep track of net worth statements and all financial investments in eMoney.

-I enjoyed my position as a medical biller. I worked mostly independently, as I billed all Workers Comp. and Miscellaneous insurance plans. I learned how to manage personal client information by handling medical records on a daily basis.- I contacted insurance companies to dispute denied claims, as well as created appeal letters. I gathered detailed insurance and client information, while managing my own phone calls and emails. Phone calls where usually from upset clients, this reflected my ability to speak to others to calm the situation.- I was constantly following up with the insurance companies and always gave clear detailed notes in our system on the status of those claims.-I professionally handled money on a regular basis by helping patients pay their bills and set up payment plans.

- My Full-time customer service and sales representative experience made me realize how good I was at working with people. I was good at calming them when they were upset, and I was also a very good salesman. I enjoyed communicating with clients on a daily basis while keeping a clean and organized store. Each month I was reaching out quota goals, which was very rewarding. - I learned how to manage money, as well as organize, clean, and maintain store inventory.
