As the Jerusalem District Director at Matan Health Services, under the Ministry of Defense and Bituach Leumi, I lead a dedicated team focused on the rehabilitation of families of injured soldiers and those impacted by acts of hostilities. My role centers on developing individualized care plans that are responsive to each family’s unique background, needs, and goals, ensuring that our support is both flexible and sustainable.I recently completed my social work studies, bringing a fresh academic foundation alongside four years of hands-on experience as a counselor, educator, and project manager in a Mechina program supporting post-high school teens with at-risk behaviors. In this role, I gained practical insight into resilience-building, crisis intervention, and guiding youth through life’s complex transitions—skills that now inform my approach to supporting families in their recovery journeys.In my current role, I’m committed to empowering families with the tools, resources, and community connections needed to rebuild stability.
