- As part of JLR's Agile transformation, I hold the role of Passenger Entertainment UX Engineer, continuing to design & uphold great customer experience for future model years.- I am also the Principal Infotainment & Connected Car Customer Experience PAT Lead for the IVI Domain at Jaguar Land Rover. I completed JLR's graduate program in 2015, and have held varying roles in infotainment since my employment began.- I hold a 2.1 Audio Technology BEng with honors and for my year in industry I worked at HHB Communications as a Service Engineer.- During breaks from University I worked voluntarily as the front of house engineer at local bars and festivals, and DJ'ed for charitable events in my local area.- I have also held a long-standing customer facing role at a major retailer, both before and during university.
