Sulzer Pumps is a Swiss industrial engineering firm that manufacture pumps for the oil, gas and water industry.Within this company my role is to process all warranties onto our SAP system and review terms and conditions to ensure they are set up correctly and then send onto Project Managers. The Fast Track role was created when I joined the company; I am the dedicated point of contact in charge of monitoring the fast track system which expedites orders for a fee. This improves delivery dates on items and is very high profit system. With my help, the company made an extra £289,000 in the first three months. I am responsible for checking the daily status of the fast track orders and securing quickest delivery from suppliers and elevate work to the top of inspection schedule through to shipment to ensure no slippage. I am also responsible for welcoming customers to our offices, ordering stationary and attend various meetings to take minutes and update documents
