Presently, I work on client sites maintenance and content authoring. In addition to development work I also analyze the sites using Google Analytics and Google Data Studio applications, continue graphic designing and miscellaneous tasks.(2020- March 2023) As a Senior Graphic Designer I created visual concepts to promote, inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. Developed overall layout and designs for various print and digital applications such as web banners, signage, 3D renderings and mockups of pack shots and displays, product packaging mockups, etc.,

Primarily graded and provided constructive feedback on homework assignments for graduate and undergraduate-level graphic design courses (SI 520 - 2 sections a total of around 60 graduate students and SI 320 a total of around 30 students). I held office hours once a week during Fall 2019 and twice a week during Winter 2020. Immediately responded to student homework inquiries during the evenings and weekends.

Created, conducted, and analyzed usability surveys and studies for three patient monitoring products, designed and updated front-end code and assets such as the alert icons, provided high-fidelity wireframes and assisted in mentoring undergraduate interns.I continued to work as a contractor after my full-time internship ended. Working on various design tasks such as icon creations, mockups, flyers, etc., including but not limited to maintaining and assisting the company's social media and website.

Supported a small, collaborative team of engineers, product managers and designers building a free educational children’s application for early learning. Edited scripts for the audio in the application, wrote terminal scripts to parse and organize JSON files.

Provided quality customer service from phone calls and multi-tasked on other office assignments such as Queue Boxes, Internet Refunds and assisted the Sales, General Affairs Department and General Manager with additional random tasks assigned. May 2015 - January 2016 worked for the Sales Department as an Inside Sales Agent continued to work on weekly Sales Availability Charts, send out Daily DAPO lists, researching full published fares of competing airlines as well as help with various reports for Ticketing and Reservations Department due to low manpower. Every year I edit and design mock-ups for local newspaper advertisements, seminar PowerPoint and other printed materials for the San Francisco Branch's events (such as LPGA Swinging Skirt Tournament 2015-2016, Bay to Breakers 2015, Agent Year End Parties 2012-2016 and Staff Year End Parties 2012-2015).

Designed templates for their social media sites and created templates for Microsoft Office documents. Researching educational articles and helping out whenever needed.

Facilitated different workshop areas during general admission and field trips for families and students. Assisted, learned the inner workings of a non-profit organization and attended workshops. I also designed materials for the marketing department (created the donor envelope remit design, signs, advertisements, online birthday banner ad and infographics).

This position was a combination of a Resident Adviser and a Hall Director. Henderson House is an all girls co-op that is partially affiliated with the University Housing and also has its own group of U-M alumni board members. My job was to oversee maintenance, resident conflicts and be a liaison for the University Housing and Henderson House community. I worked closely with the East Quad Staff and attended the Community Live-in Experience as well as having gone through the residential staff training during Winter 2009.

Created layouts mainly for the front pages and sports pages of the Newspaper. On occasion designed the B-Side front page and the Statement/Football Saturday/Special Issues inside or main spread and cover. Created icons and graphics for the News Section. Attended weekly "M-Desk" meetings every Sunday afternoon during my editor position. Managed Design staffs and was in charge of all the design aspects of the Art Section especially for our weekly magazine published every Wednesday called "the Statement".As Summer Design Editor (in 2011), I designed new templates for the summer newspaper edition, assisted and helped other section editors with their pages. I designed most of the pages for the New Student Edition 2011, which was mailed to the incoming freshmen University of Michigan students and distributed around campus on September 6th, 2011.

Designed the layout and the content for the Housing Section of the Michiganensian Yearbook. Created all the advertisements for the newspaper and handouts to the undergraduates.

Designed Matthaei Botanical Gardens & Nichols Arboretum (MBGNA) advertisements for the City Guide and Observatory Magazine in Michigan. Designed posters for events held by MBGNA (the Peony Event 2010, Music at the Arb 2010, etc,.), created illustrations and designs for MBGNA Children's, Gift Shop and Membership department. Volunteered at both MBGNA's big summer events such as the Plant Sale and Shakespeare at the Arb - working at the cash register. Assisted with other random tasks as well.

Organized frames and slides (Archive), cleaned equipments , assisted in photo shoot, accompanied Photographer to Creative Directors – Capezio Meeting and assisted for a day at the Hollywood Hotrod Calendar Shoot (Summer 2009)
