The day-to-day tasks include planning deliverable with appropriate timelines, overseeing a team of over 30 people and keeping track while improving general company operational performance. I also collaborate with other senior management to formulate strategies to improve overall business & company operations, ensure customer retention, mentor and motivate teammates to achieve productivity while maintaining team morale & culture and oversee and implement efficient processes & standards to ensure high quality output.

Being the project manager at Digital Symphony, some of my tasks include planning deliverable with appropriate timelines, oversee and document all aspects of the project that I am currently working on. I work closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support. I am in charge of a team of people who work closely to produce the software required. Part of my job scope also include client servicing whereby I will liaise and advice clients on what are the project requirements and manage my team to ensure a seamless execution. Seeing as I am still a senior front end developer alongside my project manager role, I lead a team of developers as well as still build websites & web application interfaces.

I create beautiful & responsive websites in accordance to the design that is given to me inclusive of animations for both web and mobile sites for you to enjoy. I manage timelines, follow the processes of a software development lifecycle and perform testing alongside the development of the interfaces. My web development skills consist of HTML5 & CSS3 using the Boostrap framework and WordPress. I am currently teaching myself to learn ReactJS and to improve my skills in JavaScript.

Junior Software Consultant providing Enterprise Mobility solutions for companies with the leading edge of technologies. I have experience in SAP Fiori with a consultancy company and in an end-user support environment. My main focus is in the Enterprise Mobile Application development. I am also well-versed in the design of the said mobile system in the end user perspective. I have a number of full cycle project implementation to my credit. Aside from my experience in SAP Fiori and IBM Bluemix, other experience include design and development of many static web applications.

Completing a two year working experience with Red Bull International by being part of the Consumer Collecting team, I've learnt many skills such as knowing the right consumers for your product, an increase in communication skills and social skills as the main goal of the job is to convey the right message and product knowledge to the right people as well as being a team player by working with a team to educate and bring the brand of Red Bull Europe to Malaysia. Furthermore, working part time whilst doing my Bachelor in Information Technology with specialism in Business Information Systems, I've also learnt to manage and divide my time well.
