I'm part of the Professional Services team and work with a team of interactive designers, developers and strategists that create websites for regional and national non profits. My responsibilities include collaborating with other designers, developers, project mangers, and clients through the entire process as well as content strategy, user testing (card sort and usability), ux & visual design, frontend development and site launch. I build out sites in either the Wordpress or one of the following Blackbaud proprietary content management systems: NetCommunity, School Website System and Altru.

Created designs for ashworthcollege.edu along with marketing emails, landing pages, and other graphic elements. Responsibilities included taking designs from concept to final product (wireframes, design comps, programming, QA) while considering all aspects (SEO, social media, business goals, marketing, usability, technical). Developed web content using various programming languages and platforms such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Joomla, Wordpress, and JQuery. Designed and implemented email campaigns using Silverpop and Eloqua. Designed for business goals such as generating and converting leads.

Responsible for redesign for Synq Solution’s B2B on demand print and marketing, web based application for use by clients such as AT&T and Starbucks. Defined implementation criteria, guidelines, and specs. Revamped navigation to improve usability and customer experience. Created designs, wireframes, workflows, HTML, CSS, and UI demos. Worked closely with project managers, developers, and other designers to complete project from initial mockups to final product.

Responsible for all areas of ecommerce design: wireframes, prototypes, usability, site flow, functionality, branding, calls to action, navigation, user experience, design/mockups in Photoshop, agency level client interaction, HTML/CSS coding, cross browser testing, and working with developers to complete front end programming and testing(HTML/CSS/ASP/.NET). I was responsible for managing both internal and external designers. Designed ShopVisible site manager and navigation. Worked with sales, project managers, and developers to create Ecommerce sites from first wireframe to final live site.
