Responsibilities:Management of the hotline number:- Ensuring that all information related to the person calling are properly recorded and that every call is recorded in the hotline database.- Responsible for the proper implementation of all hotline operating procedures and refer all cases to the appropriate manager according to those procedures. - Ensuring the follow-up of all cases referred to the management team until the closure of the case.- Addressing beneficiaries’ queries through the hotline in a professional manner and provide accurate information on WHH programs or referral mechanisms.-Ensuring efficient data transmission and archives for future reference and submits timely complaints reports (daily sitreps, daily oral reports if necessary, weekly filing).Monitoring:-Collecting and organising list of beneficiaries from the shelter team-Planning the data collection to ensure accurate and timely data collection-Conducting the post shelter intervention phone survey.-Cleaning the data collected-Reporting to the MEAL Manager any issues faced.

-Identify and register cases with protection concerns identified in-centre, via outreach activities, self-referral and/or external identification and referred to Concern CM services.-Conduct assessment of the case and determine vulnerability for the CM services, prepare case plans and implement in accordance with Concern CM SOP under supervision of Center Supervisors.-Ensure qualitative interventions through regular monitoring, review and follow-up-Measure and monitor the risk levels of the all cases registered in Concern CM services using relevant tools/scales to be developed by Senior CP Specialist.-Work in close coordination with Centre Supervisor-Attend supervision sessions, follow-up meetings and staff trainings.

I was working project based in a IMPR Humanitarian. The project name was "Informal Education Programme for Syrian Refugee Children and Turkish Adolescents in Turkey". The partners were UNICEF and MoYS. My responsible area was east side cities ( Kilis, Gaziantep, Sanliurfa, Osmaniye, Kahramanmaras, Adiyaman, Mardin, Batman) of Turkey.

Responsibilities: 1)When deemed necessary, the concerned board’s president convenes the board concerned, chairs the meeting and implements the board’s decisions. 2) Upon invitation of the administrator of concerned unit, the president of the board participates, without the right to vote, in the concerned academic board meeting where student related-issues are discussed. The student representative leaves the meeting after the student - related issues are completed. 3) The vice-president represents the president in her/his absence. 4) The president of a board represents her/his unit in the concerned higher board.
