-Develop vision, annual, and long-term plans and strategic goals to connect alumni and volunteers and build their affinity to the Carlson School.-Manage execution of core alumni engagement and annual fundraising programs including recent undergraduate engagement, women's affinity network, corporate alumni chapters, reunion committees, etc.-Cultivate relationships with alumni and annual giving prospects to support the Carlson School of Management priorities.
