-- Engaged with a Fortune 20 Retail Pharmacy Client for 2 years from setting up to leading its centralized analytics team for the large-scale integration project. Developed various BI reporting tools and decision support models to help from the leadership reporting to operational readiness across FP&A, Retail and Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, and Real Estate.-- Designed and developed the automated synergy reporting and value capture model for a large healthcare client’s (majorly PE-owned) integration project with another player.
