1. Reviewing the overall financial and administrative transactions and ensuring their compliance with the documentary financial and administrative requirement 2. Review the accounting transactions (Account Receivable, Account Payable, General Journal, Saving Fund, payment journal, Invoice Journal…) in terms of the accuracy and efficiency3. Make sure that the implementation of actual expenditure are done according to the related allocations as recorded in the budget by - Making reservations of the financial connection to the allocations allocated in the budget and that any transfers and exceptions are done reflect on these budget manually and throughout system.4. Submit a report to the financial manager on the cases of non-compliance with regulations and instructions.5. Cooperate with auditors, employees of the Internal Audit Department and the state Audit administrative control bureau and provide them with the data required by their work.6. Provide suggestions on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal control System to ensure the use of appropriate standards, regulations and procedures.7.prepar a monthly and quarterly reports that compare actual vs budget transactions(Revenues, Expenses) by using a pivot table and Matching it with a trial balance related to this periods, and then prepare Comparisons reports, Administrative Unit Reports and other reports, finally analysis these results by communication with other departments.8. Helping an accounting division in their works by giving them a Guidance about workflow when a head of accountant division isn’t Exist under the supervision of the CFO.9. Prepare a monthly Payroll salaries and solve any differences between HR Division and budget and financail control division .

1. Making sure regular daily accounting entries are recorded truly.2. Insure that total revenue recorded equal the total cash received and accounts receivable recorded.3. Communicates with the financial manager of each essential situation and discuss about any important issues related to work.
