In my career I have founded, acquired, managed and sold midsized companies, primarily in service industries. My management roles include CEO, other C-Level and Board of Directors positions. I have worked with companies as an owner, consultant, business broker, investment banker, attorney, private equity provider and Angel investor. I help companies plan, structure, negotiate and implement corporate development projects, and meet fundraising, sales and other financial goals. I take responsibility for and close complex financial, corporate, M&A, turnaround, strategic alliance, planning and other projects. As a director, I have served as Chairman, and on compensation and audit committees. My industry experience includes software and SaaS, real estate, financial services, postsecondary education and training, private equity, franchising, law, human resources and hospitality.
