Managed the Book Reviews section of Software Engineering Notes publication, produced by ACM SIGSOFT. This included working with publishers on recent titles in the Software Engineering fields and bringing them to SIGSOFT for interested book reviewers to write book review on these titles; and then, publish it.

Providing consultancies to software companies ambitious to establish a robust Software Production System. My consultancies overlook software development holistically from UP (similar to process) and INSIDE (the inner working of each cycle)...Then, connecting the dotes, practices, and technicalities to formulate a harmonic complete Software Production activities. This is more than just processes or CMMi...and; obviously, not the sum of SW Dev. Life cycles.

Worked as a Software Quality Engineer for educational portals developed on MS SharePoint and CLG. At this position, I got exposed to the Education sector. Additional to manual testing, I undertook different testing techniques and automation. I conducted Test Automation using IBM Rational Functional Tester, Performance Testing using WPT and WAPT tools, and as well as Security Testing using AppScan. The wide exposure to different automated tests and test methods empowered my quality analysis to different software parameters whether in functionality, performance, automation, and security. Under the same term at ITWorx, I served as QE in a sub-team for IBM Rational Support. The main duties under this team were to support a plethora of IBM quality and testing tools. I received extensive training from IBM on the tools we supported. Additionally, under the same term at ITWorx, I was shifted from the Education portals sector testing to ITWorx Products Team. Being a quality engineer for such team, my testing duties were specialized and directed to ITWorx developed products. Finally, I was dedicated to serve with Quality Manager and TQM Vice President managing outsourcing manual test execution initiative from ITWorx to other companies. Under such role, I acted as the initiative PM where I laid the project plan for such initiative, prepared list of potential outsourcee, defined criteria for the endeavor, developing necessary template and materials. In other words, I worked hand in hand with QM and TQM VP planning such initiative. I also collaborated with ITWorx President on probing the initiative of bridging the gap between industry and academia. The aim of such initiative was to fund academic research projects at universities and utilize the pool of industrial calibers to implement such projects and technologies. Towards such collaboration privately conducted with company president, I developed the Memorandum of Understanding to approach appropriate educational institutions
