Rye Labs is a small company that partners with CIAL Dun & Bradstreet, collaborating closely on one of CIAL's products, Dunsguide. We analyse and identify areas of improvement, metrics to implement data-driven solutions.- Contribution to the development process by helping the PMs with the documentation to define requirements for new features. - Close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Customer Support, Sales, Product Management, and Marketing. In this position, I worked on the platform that served merchants and customers. Finove was a B2B fintech company that partnered with small to large enterprises, offering financing to their clients. It was funded by CIAL and partnered with Rye Labs. Finove was closed due to a strategic decision by the main investor.Projects:Continuous improvements to the operations dashboard and the merchant dashboard, and the redesign of the application flow for customers.Responsibilities:- Discover opportunities, pain points, and problems to explore solutions for the operational team and customers.- Plan and conduct research with the operations and management teams to improve their dashboards and processes.- Complete redesign of the client application flow based on data analysis.- Design interactions and features by creating visual wireframes, user flows and prototypes using Figma.- Contribute to the design system, ensuring its organization, consistency, and co-creating components.- Support in building the product roadmap, setting priorities, and creating requirements for new features.- Collaborate with engineers and various departments to guide feature development, define requirements, and set business rules to enhance the overall platform experience.

CIAL Dun & Bradstreet is a B2B enterprise that helps companies from Latin America to make better and informed business decisions. For a long time, its main product was different types of reports but the focus shifted and the company has been offering an interconnected system (C360) to not only deliver reports but for clients to manage, research, validate and analyze their credit and supply requests.Project:Redesign of the Report Ordering flow in C360Key-achievement:- Planned and led a workshop to analyze research data analysis involving a group from 3 different countries.Responsibilities: - Partner with PMs, designers, stakeholders from different departments.- Define, plan, conduct and evaluate primary and secondary user research, considering best practices and the company structure.- Define the best strategy for the copywriting in the Report Ordering through exploration and testing.- Create new designs, including user flows, wireframes, mocks, and prototypes for a complex system like C360 using Figma.- Plan and structure workshop to analyze the research results and to drive outcomes quickly and effectively for the Report Ordering project.

Agilize is the first online accounting startup in Brazil and started operating in 2013. Started attending only a few cities and then expanded to the whole country. The guiding mindset throughout the whole process is making the Brazilian intricate accounting requirements accessible, agile and understandable to businesses. IF is a type of federal institution present in different states of Brazil. It is specialized in offering vocational and technological education at all levels (High school, undergrad programs, masters and specializations). I worked at the IF based in the state of Rio Grande do Norte as a UX/UI designer for the Distance Learning department. Key-achievement:- Started shaping a design workflow for the companyResponsibilities:- Creation of prototypes, concepts, flows, layouts, and mock-ups.- Perform UX audits and tests to iterate over existing designs and optimize the customer/user experience on a recurring basis.- Documentation for handoff, ranging from a sketch to annotated mockups and to detailed UI specifications and assets for developers to implement.- Creation of overall concepts for the user experience within an internal app, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for users.- Perform user research to discover gaps in current product and design as well as inform future feature creation.- Support the marketing team by creating digital assets for creative campaigns.
