Manufacturing Engineer
Current• Assemble and construct electronic enclosures and mechanical assemblies with precision, adhering to specifications.• Operate CNC machines for custom or low-volume enclosure production, ensuring quality and design compliance.• Install data and power cables for control systems, ensuring secure connections and functionality.• Perform PCB rework, including soldering, maintaining electrical integrity and reliability.• Modify and clean parts per project needs, following engineering drawings.• Inspect and verify assembled components, including alignment and performance tests.• Use test equipment (oscilloscopes, PCs) to validate system compliance and performance.• Conduct HiPot, ground bond, vacuum leak, and pressure tests for safety and durability.• Use software to control and test component functionality.• Follow safety protocols during assembly and testing to ensure a compliant environment.• Work with engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues, enhancing processes as needed.• Prepare systems for shipment and take on additional technical responsibilities independently.
