Manpower Specialist/Process Coach (Production Supervisor) part of the 2021 Ford F-150 Launch Team at the Dearborn Truck Plant (DTP) in the Final Assembly Area (Chassis Department) overseeing both the Frame and Engine Lines which utilize 100+ Union employees, Team Leaders, as well as Maintenance Personnel.
