About Amr Farid

With over 2 decades of diverse and progressive experience in the telecommunication and F&B sectors, I am the co-founder and CEO of dyne, a fully integrated digital solution for restaurants, cafes, and hotels. My mission is to enhance the customer experience and optimize the operational efficiency of F&B businesses through AI and analytics, and to expand our presence in Egypt, UAE, and KSA.I am also the co-founder and managing partner of Spade Consulting, a marketing consultancy firm that provides sustainable and tailored solutions for small and medium enterprises.
