People management• Supervised seven different teams to develop a smooth product experience and maintain teams’ operating efficiency. • Interviewed, recruited, and led a team of 2 information architects, 2 data engineers, a product manager, a software engineer, and 3 data management specialists. User acquisition• Acquired 37K users and 45K reviews, the highest number in Egypt in 2014. • Created (Rasha7ly Ketab), the 3rd largest Arabic online reading initiative with 230K+ members, contributing to Trustious.com content marketing strategy.
