Adam leads the health plan and member experience consulting practice at Press Ganey and brings extensive management and consulting experience having worked with a wide variety of managed care organizations, health systems, and life sciences companies to improve quality outcomes and the consumer experience. He joined Press Ganey in July 2017, through Soyring Consulting, where he served as an Executive Vice President. Adam is passionate about improving our experiences navigating complex health decisions to ultimately improve the quality of life for members, patients and communities. He has carried this work out leading data-driven experience improvement initiatives to identify the moments that most impact both our perception and the outcomes of care.In addition to leading a number of large-scale redesign projects requiring planning, market analysis, projection and feasibility studies, Adam has conducted assessments and overseen implementations focusing on quality, operational efficiency and growth planning; care management/coordination; and structural/governance improvement. He has also led a number of model-of-care redesign projects across key points in the member/patient journey. In addition to his responsibility for Press Ganey’s member experience and health plan consulting, Adam works on strategic initiatives for provider clients around patient, workforce and operational redesign.Adam holds a Doctor of Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
