My role involved in making the decision of reviewing and modifying the products prices, offers and promotions on the basis of different analysis carried out such as the cost-benefit analysis, competitor’s analysis, trend analysis and profitability and sales forecasting. I am responsible for managing and handling tariff and promotions of our UK and 5 European countries (Netherland, Austria, Denmark and Sweden) operations.a. Configurations of rates on postpay/prepay databases. (SMS/voice, roaming, Home account, etc..),Monitoring of suspended calls, corporate refreshes. Setup of new rates packages. Advising other departments on best methods/practices and timescales. General enquiries and issues from customer services.b. Adjust the rates for roaming calls. This was due to a european regulatory requirement and a delay in implementation would mean financial penalties.c. Mapped the postpay and prepay database relationships. Involving rating, priceplan and billing databases. d. Heavily involve in changing all international call rates to meet EU standards within a limited timescale.Projects Handled•Responsible for successfully launching Mobile Internet, MMS &Vectone World application on Vectone Mobile. •Successfully launched 1p weekend offer for Vectone Mobile Standard customers, aimed to target ethnic customers in UK. Designed complete use case from scratch.•Worked with marketing communication team for ‘Vectone World’ an application similar to SKYPE with Vectone Mobile, UK.
