• Monitor all data uploads to ensure receipt in accordance with the client specification and where not, escalate to the Team Supervisor.

• Work with the Sales, Implementation and Customer Contract Centre to resolve Client/Member issues and provide Management Information/Governance data as required.

• Responsible for successfully launching Mobile Internet, MMS &Vectone World application on Vectone Mobile.
• Successfully launched 1p weekend offer for Vectone Mobile Standard customers, aimed to target ethnic customers in UK. The product is still the market leader amongst Indian origin customers in UK who make frequent calls.
• Worked with product development team for Virtual Number Allocation. The product offers virtual UK Landline numbers mapped on VOIP applications (using SIP), and Vectone Mobile Numbers. Designed complete use case from.
• Worked with marketing communication team for ‘Vectone World’ an application similar to SKYPE with Vectone Mobile, UK.
