As a language teaching assistant, I worked in middle school classrooms to teach French students English. I created lesson plans and implemented hands-on learning.

Under my leadership, The Hill News was awarded General Excellence, third place, and Best Website, second place, by the NY Press Association’s annual Better College Newspaper Awards.As editor-in-chief, I focused on hard-hitting journalism. I ensured my team was unafraid to discuss controversial, important issues occuring at my university.
