As the founder of LLCoaching LLC, a Dubai-based company that provides psychotherapy and coaching services, I help clients achieve their personal and professional goals, overcome their challenges, and improve their well-being. With the help of my team, I design and deliver customized programs that address the needs and preferences of each client, using best practices. As a mental health advocate, I organize workshops and deliver lectures at universities and conferences. I am also a Master's degree candidate in Psychoanalysis at Sigmund Freud University Vienna, one of the leading institutions in the field. I have a strong academic background in psychoanalysis and psychotherapy, with a Bachelor of Science degree from the same university. I am a member of the Psychological Association of Uzbekistan, and a former intern at the United Nations Human Resources Department, where I supported various projects related to staff development and mental health. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to help individuals and organizations achieve positive outcomes and growth.
