I work with the residents to apply Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and crisis communication in order to manage intense emotions that can lead to suicidal thoughts and self-harming behaviors. Coping skills are taught through counseling in daily groups along with expressive arts and play activities. I collaborate with licensed clinicians and therapists to assess proper interventions and employ a client-centered treatment plan. I record and bill for our sessions by writing mental health notes.

We provide outreach services to invidividuals with mental health conditions and/or substance abuse. Our services include case management, advocacy, housing assistance, and counseling services. Most of our days are spent out of the office traveling throughout the city. Our team connects our member's with linkage and referral with varying medical, employment, and educational services.
