Employing disruptive design thinking, we tackled everyday problems faced by citizens, aiming to revolutionize the way cities operate and thrive. A testament to our approach is the groundbreaking initiative, ‘Project Response-Ability’ in Bangalore, which streamlined traffic navigation for emergency vehicles, achieving a remarkable reduction in response times by almost 60%. This pioneering solution captured the attention of various newspapers, earning a notable mention in the media, creating awareness about the plight of these emergency vehicles stuck at busy intersections. Throughout this project, I collaborated closely with the government healthcare department, law enforcement, and fire department to design, develop, and deploy tactical strategies, thereby maximizing the project's impact. Also coordinated with the government departments on technical challenges, leveraging my skills in entrepreneurship, cross-functional team leadership, project management, Internet of Things and embedded software development.

Engaged in delivering insightful intelligence on global technological disruptions, I crafted comprehensive reports on disruptive technologies for C-level executives, influencers, and innovation hubs. My analysis fueled informed decision-making and strategy formulation in an evolving digital landscape, providing me with a front row seat to India's startup ecosystem and enriching my expertise in market research for emerging innovations.I also contributed to the development of an AI & Machine Learning based web platform GE-Pi, a B2B marketplace that enabled business and technology leaders to use AI to instantly source and on-board disruptive digital companies. This initiative facilitated a global database of disruptive startups, market mapping, enhanced solution discoverability, and refined taxonomy, fostering a conducive ecosystem for innovation and strategic partnerships. Through this venture, I not only honed my skills in deep market research but also garnered hands-on experience in building and optimizing B2B marketplaces, gaining invaluable insights into the landscape of emerging innovations and the intricacies of connecting businesses in a digital economy.

Leveraging artificial intelligence and smart sensor technology, SENTRI (Sensor Enabled Neural Threat Recognition & Integration) pioneered advanced surveillance systems that integrated AI, Acoustic and Video Analytics with networked IP cameras and high-gain microphones to significantly enhance security measures at critical infrastructures such as dams and power plants.As the head of the technical deployment team, I orchestrated seamless integration and operation across various sites. This role also entailed forging global partnerships with stakeholders, aligning with reputed suppliers, and collaborating with local law enforcement and government bodies.Moving beyond technical deployment, I spearheaded marketing, customer outreach, and sales initiatives. My responsibilities also extended to drafting technical proposals, navigating business negotiations, and ensuring SENTRI's value proposition was compellingly conveyed to potential clients and partners.Our technology markedly reduced manpower requirements at these critical sites, proving invaluable especially in rough terrains and under poor visibility conditions during night or adverse weather scenarios. Notably, the capabilities of SENTRI were recognized by the US DoD, showcasing its impact and potential in bolstering security frameworks.This project also inspired my next venture - India’s first Emergency Vehicle Preemption system.
