• To perform service interventions in an efficient manner in strict compliance with operating procedure and manuals and to pass on the business lead generated, to sales engineer for aftermarket product and equipment. In order to improve service revenue and enhance customer satisfaction• To train dealer engineers to solve complex problem, keep them updated with relevant technical information, monitor complaint register of dealers and track dealers performance to ensure that they are performing service interventions in line with the requirement of the machine population.• Timely reporting of warranty complaints and product quality related issues. In order to help to company in addressing product quality issues.• Educate the customer and providing support of aftermarket products to enhance customer satisfaction• To generate orders for service products, To support dealers for spare parts sales. • Follow up with dealers to meet monthly targets and help them to achieve the target levels• Follow up with customer to acquire orders• Collect customer feedback on service and analyze customer related problems and solving the service issues.• Analyze factor causing dissatisfying among customers, review measures and take corrective action in coordination with Regional Aftermarket Manager to enhance customer satisfaction.
