As UX Lead across all secure platforms, managed UX design teams across personal banking web, business bank web and mobile. Key responsibilites: - Overseeing all UX projects and initiatives belonging to NAB Connect and Internet Banking platforms. - Manage and mentor UX teams. - Manage stakeholders and delivery.- Provide creative and art direction.

Lead a complete refresh of the NAB Connect Mobile offering across iOS and Android. This refresh would provide remediation of many existing customer pain points.Responsible for:- All UX and Design including but not limited to design sprints, outputs, showcases, visual and interaction design.- Acting as a NAB Connect SME and imparting knowledge across Business analysts, Development and Testing teams.- Stepped in as scrum master, acting product owner, business analyst as well as managing two designers.- Worked closely with solution designers and system architects.- Play a key part in energising the team, organising team outings and building a great working culture.

Managing the NAB Connect UX stream on the New Payments Platform program of work.Working across the many different payment types and functionality in NAB Connect and responsible for:- Engaging platform owners, product owners, and other GM level stakeholders and gain buy-in.- Showcasing team progress.- SME across NAB Connect payments and NPP functionality.- Actively participating in Project Advisory Board meetings.- Work closely across both business and technology teams ensuring feasibility and viability of new solutions.- Hands on UX design work to prepare for implementation.- Continuous user testing.- Work closely with accessibility, legal and compliance.

Working with a medium sized team of experts, the medmobile product will delivered a vastly enhanced user experience to its predecessor. Alex plays the role of both leading the UX decisions and design on the product and taking on the BA/producer role and assisting the Product Owner.The project spans across iOS, Windows 8.1/10 and Android platforms and built to work across multiple modalities.Contributions include:- Managing iterations, backlog grooming, spring planning and retros.- Defining the UX framework.- UX testing across multiple organisations using the existing product- Facilitating brainstorming sessions- Coaching and mentoring on agile best practice- Analysis of existing problems and identifying opportunities for improvement.- Providing guidance to developers and testers on MVP- Analysis of existing opportunities for automation and integration with core product and APIs.
