Working as a Resident Engineer at Saudi Development Bank (SDB)My Responsibilities:- Work in 24x7 shifts as per the shift schedule.- Manage ITSM ( TT – Reports ).- Acting as the first point of contact for all IT & technical queries for quick & efficient handling of IT incidents & service requests. - Monitoring all alarms.- Monitoring of activities related to scope services.- Work based on ITIL process.- Assist in ITIL processes execution.- Identifying incidents of criticality issues and contacting the infrastructure owner and escalating accordingly.- Familiar with several monitoring tools.- Monitor the status & progress toward resolution of all open incidents. - Follow the escalation matrix for open incidents.- Ensure the assets inventory is always updated.- Assist in other activities assigned by the team.- Deploying and inspecting IT network systems.

• Set up and configure LAN and WLAN networks, ensuring they are properly connected and integrated with the WAN for seamless communication.• Configure CCTV networks and access control systems, ensuring seamless integration and reliable security monitoring.• Provide support to end-users and troubleshoot any network issues that arise, ensuring quick resolution to maintain uninterrupted connectivity.• Perform regular maintenance on network devices, including switches, routers, and other equipment, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems, to ensure reliable and efficient operation.• Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and services (LAN, WAN, WLAN) to ensure optimal performance and security.• Administer Active Directory (AD), including user account creation, group management, and organizational unit (OU) structure. Ensure AD is secure and optimized for performance.• Develop and manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce security policies and standardize configurations across the organization.• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server, ensuring reliable email services, proper security, and efficient performance.
