Being a point of contact to priority key accounts customers and resolving any issues.Handle Customers complaints.Responding to customer’s communications or queries & focusing on providing the best customer service.Receiving the POs & coordinating with the relevant departments to release.Prepare credit notes, proforma invoices, quotations & handle pricing information.Managing a debtor accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.Export procedures and documentation.Tracking customer orders using enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.Co-ordinate and follow up with the warehouse to ensure availability of inventory stock of products in order to meet the sales delivery schedules, provide superior levels of service and meet the needs of the customer.Planning delivery timetables, tracking products & overseeing arrival of shipments to destinations.Support sales team to improve the productivity, achieving targets and business development.Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose the process of improvement opportunities to improve productivity, performance and customer satisfaction.Being the point of reference for colleagues by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.Successfully worked with cross functional departments (production/planning team, R&D, accounting, WH/logistics, admin & IT) to support business progress.Work with QC team to validate ISO certificate
