An organizational change thought leader and practitioner for 30 years, Ahli Moore uses a combination of executive coaching, organizational strategy development, leadership development, training, and team building to help close gaps in organizational performance. As the Founder of X-Factor Solutions, Ahli is passionate about helping people from all walks of life identify and grow their unique leadership talents. Since 1993, Mr. Moore has worked with senior executives, training organizations, and human resources departments to increase organizational efficiency and employee performance across a multitude of industries. He has consulted for several Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and non-profit orgs to develop customized performance improvement programs that span an array of interventions, including training, employee performance, org needs assessments, leadership development, communication planning, and strategic planning.Ahli holds an MS degree in Communications & Information Technologies and a BS degree in Political & Public Affairs Communication, both from Florida State University. Through Accenture, Mr. Moore studied Human Performance Architecture at Loughborough University, Leicestershire, UK, and he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology. Ahli founded X-Factor Solutions in 2009 after spending over a decade with Accenture and a 3-year stint as COO of Giant Leap Consulting. Since founding XFS, he has executed consulting engagements for dozens of clients including Delta Air Lines, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the National Science Foundation (NSF), the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), United States Army, Cox Enterprises, Fulton County Schools, Atlanta Public Schools, Allegiant Airlines, Abbott Laboratories, Heinz, and Manheim. During his tenure with Accenture, Ahli was an executive in Change Management and Human Performance and also served as the president of AAIM (African Americans In Motion), a group whose focus was the retention and support of minority employees in Corporate America. Ahli's current board service includes the Board of Trustees for the Georgia Council for International Visitors, the Board of Directors for Project Uplift, the Immediate Past President of FSU’s National Black Alumni, the former Chair of the FSU College of Communications Leadership Board and former President of the Dance Canvas leadership board. He is also a business pitch coach for the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative.
