I usually challenge myself in many situations in order to reveal my utmost potential.I am currently a graduate student at Arizona State University W.P. Carey Management Program. Gaining business knowledge through a master's degree is a great way to enhance some of my soft and cognitive skills. This will allow me to add more value to organizations and workspaces.Experience gained from SAP partner Tyconz on the SuccessFactors HR solution. I was part of SAP’s Young Professional Program which is designed to give recent graduates the certifications and skills required to begin a career in various consulting firms. The program covers a development plan that includes SAP software functional and technical knowledge in order to gain globally-recognized associate-level SAP Certification. This is completed through hands-on experience in case studies, experience with clients, workshop-based training, and design thinking.Moreover, I have experience with a reputable multinational company in the middle east known as Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC).I was assigned to work at a billion-dollar project in Kazakhstan, Astana namely the Abu Dhabi Plaza. There I was given tasks in the sight and rotated around with different reputable engineers. I have applied much of what I learned during my university education and enhanced my managerial skills.Throughout my academic and professional journey, I was able to achieve many traits including being responsible, self-motivated, decision-making, team player and punctual in my schedule. Furthermore, as highlighted by my colleagues, mentors, and co-workers, working as part of a team enhanced my leadership skills and enabled me to work under pressure with utmost motivation and professionalism.
