• IT Senior Project Consultant within SABIC’s Premier TMO Office with focus on S/4HANA, AI Integration, Organizational Transformation & Strategy projects• Responsible for the establishment of Risk Management processes and frameworks: identifying risks, analyzing their impact, evaluating mitigation strategies, implementing controls, and continuously monitoring their effectiveness• Establishing and maintaining other critical project management processes such asStrategic Decision Log, Actions and Activities Trackers, etc.• Developing Power BI dashboards for Workstream leaders (operational) and the executivemanagement (executive)• Reviewing SAP Transformation Contract and contributing with my expertise during SIonboarding activities• Contributing as a EPMO Expert in shaping the new SABIC TMO department’s structure,roles and responsibilities, policies and procedures and onboarding SABIC management

• Responsible for the implementation of the Digital Transformation Portfolio (Projects & Programs, IT Maintenance, Support and Training) with a total budget exceeding 500 million SAR, presenting updates and performance reports to the executive management and concerned stakeholders through presentations and Business Intelligence tools. Led the IT strategic planning with executive stakeholders across the group, creating the business plan and yearly IT projects prioritization• Ensuring the continuity of IT Operations and Services for the group in collaboration with our IT Solution Partners and taking action on External and Governmental Audits and requirements in regards to Cyber Security (SDAIA, NCA) and IT Best practices together with the CISO and concerned executive stakeholders• Cost benefits and reductions of more than 20 million SAR have all been a result of professional project management performance monitoring and control as well as business prioritization in collaboration with executive stakeholders & strategic IT Solution partners• Projects executed and completed include Oracle Modules Implementations and Enhancements, HIMSS Accreditations across the group, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Reports, HIS Customization and Upgrades, New Mobile App, Salesforce Implementation, Wireless and Internet Infrastructure Passive and Active Upgrade

Responsible for managing and supervising System Engineering projects and project planning activities including documentation, training (PMCD Framework), coordination with other departments and performance reports (dashboard reporting/BI tools) and the establishment of PMIS and Reporting Dashboard and processes for the department.

Project management within the ERP Center of Excellence , managing projects effectively for various SAP teams, updating project status, work on removing issues and risks, ensure PMO templates are being submitted, communicating effectively with staff members and with customers and business user

Responsible for maintaining SAP data warehouse, developing BI reports and dashboards, customer support, team management, data analysis for executives as well as participating in quality assurance initiatives (QMS).
