The Charity provides educational services to Syrian and Iraqi refugee students in addition to the life skills and psycho social support services. I follow up the implementation of these services, guide the facilitators and train them in these fields.

Help his excellency the minister in decision making, formulating education policy and developing improving education system in Jordan and building capacity for teachers in the ministry of education.

1. Define training needs for teachers in technical , educational & pedagogical fields .2. Improve capacity building of the teachers depending upon their different training needs.3. Draw strategic educational plan in my directorate to achieve objectives of the hall educational system in my country. 4. Improving & Enhancing the educational facilities provided for the students through regular & irregular schooling .5. Improving & Enhancing educational , vocational. Health & guidance services to help the students interact the society.6. Supervision & following-up on educational affaires ( technical & managerial ) for vocational schools through the acceptance of students plans & providing human resources ( qualified & trained ) & insuring workshops readiness & practical exams & summer practical training .7. Supervising the going of high school graduation exams ( Tawjihi ) in schools that belong to the directorate & pressuring all the instructions concerning the exams.8. Supervising educational activities that contribute to the formation & shaping of the student's character, physically, mentally & socially.

Designing & providing for the needs of workshops in all industrial schools (Develop human resources & training facilities in coordination with the related officials).2.Setting the quantity & quality aspects for the locations& specifications of vocational education/industrial branch ; cancellation, expansion, fusion,….3.Following up & improving the quality of educational staff ( technical & managerial ) for vocational schools / Industrial branch . 4.Setting the standards for vocational education/ industrial branch this includes.

1`- Developing curriculum in vocational education according to competency based training system.2 - Conducting training courses about the methodology of competency based training system in MOE . MHE.3 - Elaborating the first draft of performance criteria & curriculum outlines for refrigeration and climate control.4 - Curriculum Development-Capacity building for Curriculum Developers in MHE. ( Aleppo & Damascus )

•Follow up trainees of the drop out students program , and prepare field studies in order to improve the program. •Design the different training material for this program with the help of specialist group in this field.

1. Design & implement training Courses for instructors and training officers of Vocational Training Corporation ( VTC ) and other institutions .2. Conduct training Courses in the field of Competency Based Education System .3. Coordinate & organize different groups of content preparing, designing, editing and multi-media for product training modules based upon new methodology ( Compe tency Based Education )

1. Design Curriculum of Refrigeration & Air-conditioning branch in Industrial Department in Bah-rain State .2. Design & implement Technical Training Courses in the field of Refrigeration & Air-conditioning for the new employment mechanical Engineers in the ministry of Education in Bahrain State .3. Design & implement Pedagogy Courses for the new employment teachers in the state of Bahrain .

Organize production work plan for the school according to quality assurance .5. Operate & supervise for different machines & equipment .6. Design layout for machines distribution in workshops.
