Head of specialized course design at CICPA- We analyze the jobs based on Training Needs Factors and the training/operational gap coming up with file called JF (Jobs Folder), contains: TPS, JPS, JS, JD and JDC.- In the second process of producing job analyses we use The JF folder above , to start the process using the data to come up with the file calls CTP(course Training Plan). That file have 6 sections explained the whole description of the course would be held.- Part of my job is conducting some of lectures (orientations, security , job qualifying and Practical creativity.- Administrative functions based on department that is send and replay books( mails) these are official mails produced by the GHQ system. ACCOUNTANT- 6 months training and working in all the sectors which are budgeting, payroll, expenses…etc * petty cash: - release checks - Amounts retrieval to the petty cash fund by Oracle. - Work on the Final Year Account.
