- Handle, calculate all Costing figures: Raw materials, spare parts, lab materials, stationary, packaging materials & finished materials.- Prepare the necessary reports in the costing area, mainly for annual budget & monthly quarterly and annually closing of accounts.- Member of the pricing committee: Finished goods & production inputs.- Analyzing productivity & waste from quantities prospective.- Calculations & updates on standard cost of products which is used for decision making & participate in the preparation of annual budget.- Calculate & update direct labour and overhead allocation rates for costing and pricing purposes (private & tender).- Variances Analysis between actual & standard costs, set the best recommendations in this regard.-Compare actual expenses versus applied rates for the productivity; Control the over-applied and under applied expenses.- Monitoring inventories daily transactions and issuing quarterly monitoring reports.- Customization of accounting models (workflow & reports) to comply with core business.- Prepare the necessary reports to calculate the estimated costs of the new products according to the development plans.- Prepare provisions policy and apply it to the warehouses in addition to control the provisions and figure the reasoning behind it ( I.e slow moving, near expiry).- Prepare the physical count for all inventories.- Handling all procedures and adoption of abnormal damage for all raw and packaging materials and finished goods.- Prepare necessary documents related to the tax damage with government parties to acknowledge the related expenses.- Member in the procurement committee, track all purchasing orders that follows purchasing requests , approval if adhere to the company’s purchasing policies .-Run the cost optimization (cost savings) as per company’s requirements.-Initiates the manufacturing routes and cost centers product by product on the ERP Oracle system and mapping it with the manufacturing processes.
