I also played a key role in expanding Mr. Baker, Kuwait's leading bakery brand, by launching new shop locations, developing the concept for the first Mr. Baker Daily (a grab-and-go coffee and bakery hybrid), and spearheading the creation of the brand's call center.In addition to my operational focus, I’ve worked closely with marketing teams, leading food and dessert photoshoots and collaborating with agencies to ensure strong brand visibility.My academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Finance from GUST Kuwait and a Diploma in Network Security from Canada, both of which have enhanced my analytical mindset.
