1- Handling the Financial Budget for all departments on Oracle in several branches by department:-• Follow up the budget exercise with the budget owners (review the result with them and the Finance managers in each region.• Handle the cost of the new recourses by hiring month and the current recourses• Inform department managers of due dates for the submission of budget information.• Review the budget model for calculation errors• Generate The Financial reports from Oracle. (Income statements, Trial balance for all departments in each country).• Provide the Financial analysis section with the details report for any required account.• Provide regional finance mangers with their regions results.2-Budget control and financial reporting activities :a) Following up monthly budget variances for regions and sectors and document major variances received from finance mangers.b) Preparing Ad Hoc reports upon request.c) Analysis the huge expenses figures for department’s managers. d) Provide the top management with the department wise analysis reports.e) Provide department budget with their actual and remaining budgeted expenses (e.g. training).f) Provide detailed consolidated analysis for certain categories of expenses. g) Provide the Internal & External Auditors with the Financial and non-financial reports based on their request.
