As a fitness instructor, I work to promote health and well-being by leading different types of exercise sessions. My duties include planning and conducting group exercise sessions, and motivating participants to reach their health goals. I am also responsible for ensuring that the training is carried out in a safe and effective manner, adapted to the different conditions and needs of the participants. In addition, I work to create a positive and inspiring training environment that encourages regular physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices.

As a sampler at EDTS, I work independently to carry out random alcohol and drug tests on clients, mainly employers. This role is a complement to my studies and means that I have the opportunity to plan work tasks with great flexibility. The tasks are carried out at irregular hours, which may include evenings, nights and weekends, working from your home. Main responsibilities include:- Booking and Planning: Independently book assignments with our customers according to current routines.- Conducting Tests: Performing alcohol and drug tests (via saliva or urine) in accordance with the Chain of Custody.- Training and Meetings: Attend and conduct assigned trainings and mandatory meetings via Teams.

Summary of Volunteer Work on Diversity and Gender Equality in the Swedish Rescue ServicesI volunteer as a writer for one of Sweden's largest newspapers where I focus on issues related to diversity and gender equality in the Swedish emergency services. In my articles, I examine how these important societal bodies can be adapted and developed to better meet societal changes and needs. The process is both interesting and educational, and gives me insights into how we can promote a more inclusive and equitable emergency service. My writing aims to highlight important aspects of equality and diversity, while hoping to inspire positive change in the sector.

Assignment: Communicator on Home PreparednessAs an Communicator for Umeå Kommun, I work to spread knowledge about home preparedness. My work involves visiting housing associations and other events to provide information on how to prepare at home in the event of a community disruption. Through these visits, I share practical advice and strategies to strengthen the preparedness of individuals and households, which includes everything from essential supplies to safety measures. The goal is to raise awareness and provide tools to enable everyone to deal with crisis situations in the best possible way.
