I am a loyal, talented and caring teacher who loves making a difference in the lives of my learners and my team. I am open-minded, patient and supportive. I believe that success comes from team work. In my previous role as ESL instructor, I have taught children, teenagers and adults from all backgrounds, successfully preparing them for the next stages of their lives. I believe that the educational supervisor is often in the best position to assess the teachers' needs and improve teaching and learning through the care and guidance.
