Handling the dermo-cosmetic brands: Bioderma, Esthederm, Caudalie, ACM, Leonor Greyl and Nuxe in addition to Vitry and Oenobiol.• Develop a solid and trust-based relationship with major key pharmacies in Lebanon• Negotiate contracts with the clients and establish a timeline of performance• Respond to key clients inquiries and resolve their issues and complaints• Anticipate key account changes and improvements• Manage communication between key pharmacies and internal teams• Perform strategic planning to improve client results• Establish and oversee internal budgets with the company and external budgets with clients• Prepare and submit reports on accounts’ progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and for possible use in future case studies or company training• Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management

• Develop marketing strategies aligned with the brand strategy• Act as the key liaison between product development and clients• Maintain professional customer relationships to enhance future collaboration• Cultivate programs that ensure products sell in-store• Achieve monthly sales target across different categories and businesses in addition to proper implementation of monthly trade activities

• Deploy sales business plans with pharmacies in order to develop the customers’ business and achieve the company’s sales objectives• Ensure achieving monthly sales target across different categories• Set proper forecast for closing the yearly targets• Promote pharmaceutical products to clients• Perform market intelligence to take preventive measures when needed
