Project Management Duties: Interface with clients to define project requirements. Define scope and objectives for projects based on user needs. Identifies constraints, conflicts, risks, and solutions. Oversee and execute other project management duties as assigned. Coordinates and cooperates with, but is not manager of, IT Infrastructure Manager, IT Research &Development Manager, Financial Manager, and Human Resource Manager. Participates in the monthly Business Managers’ meetings and serves as a representative on committees/projects as appropriate  Attends Strategic Initiative Steering Committee meetings, as requested.

Business Analysis Duties: Analyze business needs, document requirements and resolve moderately complex system problems. Analyze and evaluate client initiated changes to existing systems to enhance or develop from a business perspective. Act as a liaison between business users and technical team members to develop detailed systems design specifications and components. Act as single point of contact between the client and R&D, Infrastructure and analysis departments. Communicate configuration changes and system feature changes (as upgrades and new features are rolled out) to internal project team. Possess and demonstrate strong analytic curiosity and innovative problem solving skills using a systems thinking approach. Oversees business to system knowledge management, and assisting in overall system design from user interface through back-end processes. Operations and Implementations Duties: Provides production support and problem resolution on day-to-day issues. Plays an active, hands-on role in investigating, testing, and implementing technical and procedural solutions for projects. Coordinate with departments to provide training and documentation. Provides assistance with user training and documentation activities.

Business Development Duties: Manages proposal process to respond to mainly governmental comprehensive Requests for Proposals (RFP). Manages proposal schedule to meet deadlines. Delegate tasks among Project Managers, R&D Department, IS Department, PS department, Financial, HR etc. throughout the proposal process. Assembles and Perform final quality control review in cooperation with Proposal Manager before proposals are delivered to the customer. Develop and Manage internal and external training programs in conjunction with HR department Official representative in exhibitions, Expos and related business conferences. Design, develop and implement KPI’s Reports and dashboard for current client senior management.

Senior implementer / Operation Duties: Provides production support and problem resolution on day-to-day issues. Tomcat administration on IBM AIX and Windows Platforms. Responsible for Deploy all SPS Packages, DB in site (AIX - Oracle). Daily review of server events, Daily inspection of web logs. Running Patches and DB Queries. Analyze and evaluate client initiated changes to existing systems to enhance ordevelop from a business perspective. Conducts problem analysis and submit recommendations for solutions. Leading as Senior Operation Engineer team of Operation Engineers. Help Setting Testing Plans QA/QC. Application Reports Development using (Oracle -Crystal Reports XI).
