Behavior Specialist
Current- To train staff, which includes, but is not limited to, using the EMOE training system to ensure that all clinical interventions are properly implemented, to communicate clinical rationales to the staff, to provide.
- To role model the use of person-centered philosophy and person-centered tools.
- To develop written, individualized habilitative plans in accordance with the agency philosophy, as determined by individual need.
- To conduct assessments, both behavioral and habilitative, via formal means (written questionnaires, rating scales, baseline data, etc.) and informal means (observations), under the supervision of the BIS.
- To design effective data collection systems that allows progress to be monitored.
- To monitor the data collection, ensure that the data is totaled and summarized on a monthly basis, and that new data sheets are accessible to staff at the beginning of each month.
